Service Description

You've likely heard us say it many times, "proper practice is where the real change takes place"! Take a step into solo practice without having to do it on your own & take control of your practice! Meet with an instructor at the start of your session to review previous notes & videos to create a game plan for how to tackle this practice session depending on where you are in the process. Make sure you're practicing correctly, build confidence & avoid regression. Your instructor will check in periodically to ensure you haven't fallen off track, and offer new feels, concepts or drills to help boost your practice time. Debrief with your instructor to end and discuss the good & bad so you can update your strength and weakness profile together!
